A deposit is required with all registrations or you can pay in full. You can mail in a cheque or money order or you can use your credit card via PayPal. You will receive complete instructions once you submit this form. A deposit secures your place in the course/program. Once received, an e-mail confirming acceptance to the course will be provided as well as a follow-up letter and receipt. The balance of the course fee is due one-month prior to the beginning of the face-to-face component of the course.

If you prefer to pay by cheque please make note of the fees. Before you sign up please confirm there are still openings in the program you wish to apply for by referring to the training calendar.
Confirmation of your registration will be provided by email upon receipt of your completed application. NOTE: Courses are limited by size and therefore your application will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund less 10% is available 45 days prior to a course, conference or workshop. No refunds are available less than 45 days before a course, conference or workshop for any reason. RMPTI reserves the right to cancel a course, conference or workshop at any time due to unforseen circumstances. In such an event, an attempt will be made to notify registrants via e-mail as well as by posting a cancellation notice on the RMPTI website, at least two weeks prior to the scheduled start date. The full registration fee will be returned. In all instances, RMPTI's liability is limited to a refund of registration fee only.
